Your Treatment
What can I expect from my treatment?
Every treatment is tailored to you and combines targeted tension release with deep relaxation. Your pressure, areas of focus and overall experience can be adapted to what your body needs on the day.
At Home Treatments
Where do you travel for treatments?
House of Tranquility is based in Crewe, Cheshire, offering luxury at home massage and spa treatments across Crewe, Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas including Nantwich, Sandbach, Alsager and Tarporley. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch.
What do I need to provide for an at home treatment?
Nothing! I bring everything needed for your treatment, including the professional massage bed, towels and products. I'll set everything up and pack it all away afterwards. All you need to provide is enough space for the treatment to take place comfortably.
Booking & Payment
How do I book?
You can book available appointments directly online. If you can't find a suitable time, email me and I'll always do my best to find an appointment that works for you.
How do I pay?
You can choose to pay online when booking or pay on the day of your treatment. A deposit may be required for larger group bookings.
Cancellations
What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
I completely understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know as early as possible so I have the opportunity to offer the time to someone else.
Group Bookings
What happens if someone in my group needs to cancel?
For group bookings, if someone cancels less than 72 hours before the booking, their treatment will still need to be paid for. However, their treatment can be transferred to someone else in the group if they would like to take their place.
Can I book House of Tranquility for a group or special occasion?
Absolutely. Group treatments are perfect for girls' nights, birthdays, hen parties, spa weekends and celebrations. Get in touch to discuss your group and I'll help create an experience that works for you.
