Booking Information

Carve out a Space: I will need a clear area (approximately 2m x 3m) to set up my professional treatment bed. A quiet room away from household noise, like a cozy lounge or bedroom is usually best.
Warmth is Key: Your body temperature drops during a massage. If possible, please ensure the room is comfortably warm or have a heater nearby so you can fully drift off without feeling a chill.
Set the Mood: While I bring aromatherapy oils and soft linens, feel free to dim the lights, close the blinds or light your favourite candle to help soften the atmosphere.
The Comfort of Home: Most clients prefer to be in a bathrobe or loose, comfortable clothing before their treatment begins.
Hydration: Please have some water nearby. Drinking a glass of water after your treatment helps your body process the benefits of the massage.
A Moment of Silence: I recommend turning off any loud notifications or phones to ensure your time is entirely uninterrupted.
